Extreme Pizza Myrtle Beach

We are writing this to warn other families managing severe food allergies. During our recent vacation, we dined here and explicitly informed our server multiple times of our son’s life-threatening egg allergy. We were repeatedly assured that the wheat crust was egg-free and that the kitchen would take strict precautions to avoid cross-contamination.
Regrettably, these assurances were false. Our son suffered a severe allergic reaction shortly after eating and had to be rushed to the emergency room. What should have been a family time turned into a medical emergency due to the staff's negligence.
When we returned to speak with the manager about this life-threatening error, the response was dismissive. We were told, 'We do take care, but it happened anyway, so good luck.' This lack of accountability and empathy for a child’s safety is unacceptable. If you have a serious food allergy, please be aware that this establishment did not follow through on their safety promises.

Wonderful food and staff! Food was great! The prices are fair considering the location.

For me it is 5 stars for this place as far as pizza atmosphere goes. Had a friendly waiter who kept our drinks filled, was quick to serve should we need it. The food was delicious and flavorful. Our kids loved the pizza. They have some great appetizer options as well. Was a little on the pricey side but for me the flavor was worth it. We had no wait time during the off season.

Almost threw up after eating (we were seated outside) after I walked through the establishment and also saw the ladies bathroom, I wanted to throw up my entire meal. I’ve never been so grossed out at a restaurant’s lack of cleanliness, lack of service, the smell, stickiness and the sight of nasty rags on the counter in the kitchen.

My husband and I stopped at Xtreme Pizza during our recent trip to Myrtle Beach and were really happy to find so many vegan options on the menu. We ordered the Pandora’s Box vegan pizza, which normally comes on gluten-free dough, but we chose the regular crust instead. The pizza was absolutely fantastic. The creamy puffs of vegan mozzarella were rich and delicious, the arugula added a fresh touch, and the crispy artichokes gave it the perfect texture. The balance of sauce, cheese, and vegetables was just right. The vegan mozzarella they use must be high quality because it didn’t have any of the odd aftertaste that some vegan pizzas can have. We were so impressed and will definitely be coming back to try more of their vegan options. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Myrtle Beach.

Pizza was pretty good it was loaded, but great flavor!

Order a cheese pizza 18 inch it was cold when I picked it up they said 20 minutes I was there in 15 minutes so dont know what it tastes like we threw it away because we won't sure how old it was 30.00 wasted

We got subs, fried pickles, & sweet potato fries. It was all so good. The fried pickles are some of the best I’ve tried. Would definitely recommend this place.

I'm not a huge pizza gal, but, OH. My. Gosh... Simply divine 🍕😋made my bf take me here TWICE while on vacay!

Prices went up too much for mediocre food. Far too much BBQ sauce on the pizza. Our waitress was terrible, asked her THREE times for ranch and didn't bother to bring it. Won't go back.

Pizza was pretty good BUT go to the bathroom before you get there. Went twice within a week recently and both times both bathrooms were unacceptable. Once was when they first opened so the mess was from the night before. Yuck!
