First off our waiter was extremly proffesional and nice. Atmosphere was fantastic. Very quite.... But that might have been the fact that there weren't very many people there. Surprising for a Saturday night at 6:00. The menu was different but good. You standard steaks but then a few I guess you could say exotic items like elk chops. We ordered steaks I got the delmonico and my wife the filet. Both were cooked to exactly how we ordered them. Flavor was outstanding with a very smokey taste. The only complaint I could have was that the price was comprable to a high end steak house like Ruth's Chris but the steaks were just a little undersized for the cost. Overall I would definitely recommend Fire &Smoke
Excellent food, spotty service. Server made several missteps (forgot buns on hamburger, forgot kahlua in coffee, left croutons off of Caesar salads due to one person's request). Would still come back due to high food quality.
I chose this restaurant based on their website menu and description. It was lacking many of the entrees which made my decision. I was informed that the menu changes frequently. I was able to choose alternated selections which were very good, but took away from what I was expecting. The chef over-cooked the elk chops and had to replace my order. The pork belly was very tasty and tender but a little salty for my liking. Overall, it is sad to say that the service was the highlight of evening.
The hostess greeted us with a pleasant greeting and showed us to our table immediately. Our server was very friendly, professional and informative about the menu and beverages. Great customer service. The food and beverages were delicious. Cheers to the chef and bartenders. Entertainment that night was lovely. She played at the right tone for enjoyment and conversation. Selections were enjoyable. Thank you for a pleasant experience! We look forward to our next outing.
Fire and Smoke is what a high end dinner experience should be. The food is consistently fabulous.
Unfortunately, although I've had good experience, family visiting had dinner with you last night. Confusion w/waiters, seated next to kitchen, drinks not up to par and overall it just wasn't as enjoyable for them as I would have wished.
Fire and Smoke us our go to for special occasions. The food is outstanding! The service most of the time is perfect!
Our experience was delightful.! The restaurant was full when we arrived at 7:15 on a Friday, we had reservations for 7:30. We waited at the bar until a table was ready, but the hostess kept us updated. Reservations are definitely recommended! Once seated, the service was great. There was live music (a violinist) which was pleasant but not too loud. The only reason I gave the ambiance four stars instead of five is that it was a little bit warm in the dining room. The food was nothing short of fantastic. We had the U-8 Scallop appetizer....the scallops were so tender you could cut them with a spoon! We split a wood-fired grilled Ceasar salad. One salad is enough for two people, get it split and share it! I had the signature Elk Chops, medium rare, which were perfectly cooked and delicious. My guest has the grilled fresh Halibut special, and said that it was also perfectly cooked. The timing of the service was spot on as well, and the waiter was friendly and kind. We will definitely return again! Highly recommend.
Experience was wonderful. Service and food were top tier! Dinged one star for noise which wasn't really the restaurant's fault. We were seated near the bar, where was seated a man with a very loud voice. Once he left all was well.
Everything about this place was amazing. Beautiful atmosphere for our date night on vacation. Smoked bourbon was amazing and awesome to experience. Our waitress was knowledgeable and very attentive but not intrusive. Scallops appetizer was amazing. Was upset that the U8 scallops were not on the menu as was online. The elk chops were cooked to perfection with an outstanding crust. The chef was very accommodating to my wife's spice concern of her dish. It was a blast being able to see the chef in action. Would definitely recommend for a great dining experience.

Have a great experience every time I visit - fabulous cocktails, fantastic food and great/friendly staff.
Food was delicious!!!! Drinks were amazing!!!! All staff was really kind and wonderful. Definitely would recommend
The reviews made it sound like this was a really good place. We had reservations for 7 pm on a Friday night. It was maybe 1/3 full. That's not a good sign. I started with a glass of wine from their wine list and my wife had a chocolate martini. They were both good. Next we ordered some bread as it isn't provided gratis. I ordered the elk chops, they claim it's their signature item and my wife had a salad. The bread finally came after about 15 minutes and the entrees followed about 1 minute later. It would be nice to have a little spacing between the items. Our waitress seemed to be a bit confused although I don't think she had more that 2 tables. Anyway the elk chops were covered in a sauce (blackberry I guess) but it overpowered everything on the plate. The bone marrow bread pudding lacked flavor. Overall pretty disappointing. The lamb ribeye and chicken cordon bleu that are on the website menu are not listed on the restaurant menu. In fact the website menu doesn't match much they offer at all, except the name...lol. So we skipped desert and that came to $150, which was ridiculous for what we received.

One of the best steaks (Delmonico) I've ever had.
