First off our waiter was extremly proffesional and nice. Atmosphere was fantastic. Very quite.... But that might have been the fact that there weren't very many people there. Surprising for a Saturday night at 6:00. The menu was different but good. You standard steaks but then a few I guess you could say exotic items like elk chops. Excellent food, spotty service. Server made several missteps (forgot buns on hamburger, forgot kahlua in coffee, left croutons off of Caesar salads due to one person's request). Would still come back due to high food quality.
I chose this restaurant based on their website menu and description. It was lacking many of the entrees which made my decision. I was informed that the menu changes frequently. I was able to choose alternated selections which were very good, but took away from what I was expecting. The chef over-cooked the elk chops and had to replace my order. The pork belly was very tasty and tender but a little salty for my liking. Overall, it is sad to say that the service was the highlight...
