10/10, GREAT first-time experience, won’t be the last!
This was our first dining experience in Myrtle Beach, and I have never been so upset eating at a restaurant before. I’m posting this on every review platform I can because no one should waste their money here. And yes, I feel some type of way saying this about a Black-owned business, but if the business sucks, it sucks—and this place absolutely sucked.

Alston (name I was given by a waitress) is the light skin male that works as a host. He was very rude and unprofessional. My large group made a reservation. The system didn’t receive the request for reservation until after we got there. He had us wait an hour and refused to seat us. He claimed that we’d overwhelm the kitchen but sat a group just as large as ours. He also sat other smaller parties. Please take your money elsewhere. The customer service is the absolute worst!

Flavor Hills is a restaurant with a spacious, relaxing, and inviting atmosphere. It offers a fabulous and outstanding view of the beach from its plentiful window seating. The food is amazing, delicious, awesome, and very flavorful, made with high-quality ingredients. Portions are healthy and plentiful. Must-try dishes include the French toast, pork chop & grits, shrimp and grits, crab and collard dip appetizer, midnight butter shrimp, rattlesnake pasta, soul rolls, and the chicken and churro waffles with vanilla sauce. The service is incredible, good, wholesome, down to earth, fun, and accommodating. The location provides an environment that makes you feel right at home. The prices are high, but the quality justifies the price. It is a must-try and a new goto spot, providing food for the soul.
