“I got the chicken sandwich and fries. He gave me a soup to try while I waited. The soup was really yummy. Which made even more excited for the food. The garlic sauce that he put on it was phenomenal. The fries were crispy and fresh. The chicken was slightly sweet and salty like teriyaki but not quite. So glad I stopped by.“

I messaged about 8 other vendors and 2 others responded but one wasn't the right fit, the other one responded 2 weeks later (lol). We kept in communication throughout the week, narrowed down on a menu and structure and met him two days before to figure out the best way to serve our guests.The day comes and everyone was blown away. “We were at the Spartanburg farmer's market this morning and came across this food truck. We got the lobster roll and loved it! The roll had a great savory flavor, and the lobster was fresh, perfectly chilled and tasted delicious. My boyfriend and I visited Maine a while back, and we loved the classic Maine Lobster rolls. We really hadn't found many options in town that served a lobster roll that wasn't just covered in Mayo, so we're excited we found a new spot! Definitely worth the price for us, and we highly recommend. The service was also quick, and both of the workers were very friendly to us. Thanks for a great experience!“
