Very nice people and the coffee is delicious and the owner is so nice I am very proud of her for fighting for the homeless because we have no one out here to fight for us she has a lot of stuff for us and I love that because there is not no help out here for the homeless thank u very much for fighting for us and being right there for us

If you don’t know what this business is about before going, you may be caught off guard…
With that said, I’ve stopped in for an evening concert as well as an early afternoon cup of coffee. The coffee is delicious and the owner creates a safe environment for everyone - the tired, the weak, the outcast, etc. So yes, people may look disheveled and be sleeping on the couches, but that’s because this is a safe place.
I wholeheartedly support this business as there is nothing else like it around. I hope the community and outsiders alike see the benefit of keeping a place like this around!

Went for an open mic night thing but by the time we got there he was done so we just ordered drinks and played some chess. Very cool coffee shop with nice vibes and friendly staff. Will be coming back for sure.

I’m from out of town, so I didn’t know about this coffee shop prior to seeing it and I try to support local businesses, but this business is overrun with homeless people. I saw a young boy with no shoes on, sleeping curled up on a chair. There was no place to sit down to enjoy my coffee. I had to get it to go. Even still, as a woman, I would not have felt comfortable sitting inside surrounded by strange homeless men. I looked up homeless shelters in Myrtle Beach and there are several including a men’s only homeless shelter. So if you really care about people who are living on the street then help get them off the street and send them to a shelter! Don’t shelter them inside your place of business because it’s not good for your business. You can make more money by cleaning up the place and then donate your profits to homeless shelters. That’s just my two cents. Good luck.

This is a safe space for all who need it. Ms Kate is an angel on this earth. Not only can you find all roads of recovery here, you can also find quality coffee beverages as well. The caramel macchiato is my favorite. ❤️

Cornerstone of the community, but don’t go if you’re not comfortable being around the homeless. They do a lot of good so I don’t even like saying that. It’s not like anything bad but it’s not some hipster “take your laptop and sit on the couch with coffee to work,” kind of place.

The management is very sad. she puts herself on a high pedal stool and looks down on the homeless even though she claims she wants to help them. She talks to anyone one any type of way including cussing them. She only promotes the way she does for publicity.
