Our server Jamie was excellent. Very helpful, friendly and pleasurable. . She made sure our orders were correct and we got them in a timely fashion. She came back to our table to refill our drinks several times. I wish there were servers like Jamie. Ext time I come back to this friendlys’s I am definitely going to ask for Jamie. I give Jamie 10 stars.

Stopped at Friendly’s after Putt-putt got ice cream. Glad to see they had updated the interior and the stuff was friendly and attentive. Great ice cream menu with lots of new items! Would highly recommend visiting this business!

While the meals range from OK to very good, the desserts are what this chain has made its name from. On my must visit each trip to M.B. This visit was no different. Had to wait about 10 minutes for a table to open up due to being a busy time. Service was excellent! Very helpful and attentive. Menus for the meal and desserts had numerous items. Food came quickly. As expected the dessert was top notch.

Made my 32 year old boyfriend cry into his bacon and tie dye pancakes with the smiley face. It hit his childhood.

We waited waay too long for food that was so greasy, cold & not edible..After dropping off our drinks & taking our order, the waiter never came back to our table. Someone else brought our food & we never got refills. It was $46 for 2 hamburgers, 1 fry & 1 loaded fry & 2 drinks. I couldn’t finish my burger as it was nothing but grease a bing chunk of onion skin the crispy outter layer of the onion. My advice would be go for ice cream & nothing else!! (If you have 2 hours to waste) Also it smells like they have a sewer line backed up as soon as you walk in.
