Love Jersey Mikes. Been in this store several times and always had something that was just not right, poor customer service, improper pricing at checkout, lack of care when building subs, missing ingredients. Probably won’t visit this one again. Lacking compared to other stores. I don’t think that management really cares, trying to maximize profit forsaking quality.

Rowanna and Keisha took me by great shock. I was in there about 4-6 weeks ago right as they were about to close, ordered my sandwich and went about my way. I returned today, and rowanna greeted me kindly and said what can I get for you hon? And before I could answer she said “giant #11 with American cheese? It was extremely busy this afternoon but I was impressed by the customer service. They acknowledged every customer who came in and made sure they were taken care of. I had a mobile order and waited a couple extra minutes but didn’t mind because of the acknowledgement and how organized they were. You don’t see that in most places anymore so I truly appreciate the great service!
