Solid quality and amount of food for the price, particularly given how expensive everything else seems to be at the beach. It’s your standard hibachi spot, and I mean that in the best way. overpriced and struggle to follow directions. not sure why they would ask how customers want steak cooked - i told them one bowl rare, one medium rare, and both soo overcooked. i asked for 1 bowl with no veggies and they couldn’t do that either. also took forever to get food when there was maybe 1 other customer and lots of workers just standing around. food was good for what it was
The food and atmosphere was amazing. I haven’t had Jimmy’z since 2022 and the taste was sooo consistent from what I remember. The only reason I gave service 4 stars is because when approaching the register I would have liked the cashier to greet the customers “hi can I help you”, “what would you like today”, “I’ll take you at this register”, “what can I get for you”… something…. She just stared at me and tilted her head and raised her eyebrows.
