Party of 11 (4 adults, 2 teens, 5 under age 10) Staff was efficient, friendly, & patient. The food was amazing. THE BIGGEST THANKS to Brandy. She wasn't our waitress, but when our autistic son was crying and we were just about to pack our food to go and leave she stopped by our table to let us know she understands and asked if she could offer anything to help. I visited Joe’s Crab Shack at Broadway at the Beach during Spring Break, traveling all the way from Maryland- and it delivered deliciousness! The food was beyond amazing and the service was exceptional. A special shout out to Anne the manager, whose hospitality made the experience even more memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!
