“Food was exceptional as always; hot, fresh, and seasoned!
Atmosphere was clean, tidy, and very presentable; even the bathrooms were spotless!
But the customer service was exceptional!!!
This is hands down the best run KFC franchise between Tampa, Fl, Atlanta, GA; up to Harrisonburg, VA and as far west as Dallas Texas!!!“
“I don't usually leave reviews while visiting a fast food chain, however, my family received such great customer service at this local KFC and we wanted to thank Trice for being a beautiful human. Thanks for reminding us of what kindness looks like. The food was good but he left a lasting impression on our family. We might stop by just to say hello when we are back in town! “This location at 900 South Kings Highway is far superior to the Glenforest location which is less then 1 mile from my house. I will drive 23 minutes extra to come here 900 S Kings Hwy location anytime. This store is cleaner, staff is nicer and food much better and safer. I put in an online order and upon arrival 2 staff members greeted me and had my order ready in less than 2 minutes. This place is cleaner and the food is better.The Glenforest location should be closed down due to unsanitary and filthy conditions and the staff there are very rude and disrespectful. I also got horrible food poisoning at the Glenforest location.So my advice from experience: stay clear of the Glenforest location and visit 900 South Kings Highway instead. You will be very happy you did!“
