La Ceiba Restaurant offers great, fresh tasting food just 2 miles from Myrtle Beach. The waitresses are very nice, and the chicken with slices and baleadas are delicious. The service is generally good, and the wait time for food is normal and considered fast given the variety of dishes. Portions are large for the price, and the food is very flavorful. However, some dishes may have inconsistencies, such as the chicken with slices sometimes being undercooked or overcooked, and the cabbage in the soup can be too much. The restaurant's cuisine includes red soup, and despite occasional long wait times due to limited staff, it is a pleasant place to enjoy authentic catracha dishes at reasonable prices.
