Usually busy as it's right in the middle of myrtle. Sometimes they are staffed and handle it well. Sometimes they aren't and it's a long wait. The taller African American manager is absolutely horrible at customer service. The younger Jamaica that was just promoted to manger is awesome and goes out of his way to help his crew and customers

I like McDonald's but it's declining in food quality and service. Often times we go to McDonald's for the children's happy meals. Most times, the counter staff seems to run on autopilot...no welcoming words, blank facial expression or just indifference. We much rather experience the drive-thru service and do...rather than. ordering and dining inside. The bun size, and meat patty size and thickness, seem to get smaller but price keeps rising. Slowest McDonald's I've ever experienced, as a Door Dasher , They take up so much time, I'm actually in line right now, one car left in front of me and it's been 15 min behind this car and 54 minutes total. C'mon guys, this is stupid. Still here and the inside area is closed, so it only drives through, an hour with 6 cars in front of me, very unacceptable. 5 minutes later,still here,
