The boss is very enthusiastic and understands the Chinese people's stomach. Chinese people sometimes like noodles that are soupy and watery. Just because I have eaten too much shrimp in the past two days and lacked vegetables, I needed more vegetables in the udon noodles without shrimps. The boss fulfilled my wish and I felt warm after eating!
We found this place accidentally. Was looking for something that was open and wasn't crowded. This was the place we choose. Love the food and proportions. Have always been back when we are in town. Great job. This place is larger than it looks like from the outside.
Hibachi veggies were hot and delicious. Perfect for a healthy alternative to basically every other restaurant on the strip.
Vegetarian options: Hibachi veggies were amazing. Al dente, hot, Delicious. Their house made sauces are also quite good.
