Me and my family came here and it was our first time trying rolled ice cream so we were excited. The guy who was taking our order was very rude to us since we walked in, and then when we tried to order he kept talking over us and was very rude to us during the whole interaction. We were kinda confused about their menu so when we asked him if he could explain he just rolled his eyes and pointed towards the menu. That threw us off. We got 2 simple rolled ice creams and a dubai chocolate strawberry rolled Icecream. The two simple icecreams were good but the strawberry dubai thingy was so bad we could not finish it. It tasted like wheat cereal and the chocolate that they used was this syrup that was separating? It was a very bad first experience, the two girls that made our ice cream were very nice but that man was soo rude, definitely not coming back.

Do not go here! The works are extremely rude I went they made one of my family member cry and one of the employees they started to intimidate us to argue with them and saying they were gonna call the cops on us and mimicking us on what we wanted

The guy rolling our ice cream was nice :) Got the pineapple drink with strawberries, it was fresh and really yummy. And the ice cream was good too

Got 3 Dubai chocolate strawberries cups. Made it back to our place only to discover it’s not “Dubai chocolate ingredients “ (katafi) it’s actually shredded wheat. 3 cups and a tip at almost 80 dollars yall should be ashamed ripping people off. Don’t advertise Dubai chocolate!!! You put chocolate sauce, “pistachio sauce” and shredded wheat. Advertise for what it is and drop the price. As a dessert connoisseur who is also a chef I know what I’m talking about

Horrible customer service!! Went in around 4:30 pm July 8, 2025 and the guy with dreads working there walked in with a box of strawberries and pushed me out of the way without warning. Afterwards I was smiling waiting for my ice cream and he proceeds to ask me “why are you smiling?” As if he was looking for problems. I said “I can’t smile?” And he then asked if I was gay since I was smiling his way. As if he thought he was even the slightest bit attractive. Ice cream was bland & customer service just ruined the whole point of ice cream! -100/10 Do NOT recommend!!!!

Today Monday, July 7th We walked in here excited to try some of the menu items. We were disappointed upon entering. Out of 7 only 2 actually wanted to get something. We ordered the fruit rolled ice cream rolls. The young kid helping us had to be told what to do as in being told tell them where to go ordered. Take their order and what they want. He seemed like he didn’t want to because he was mumbling something to the order gentleman. It took him a while to rolled up 2 orders. While making our order he had to pull up his pants which is not clean. They should know they are handling food you should have proper attire not have you boxers out and then be pulling up your pants and still have your boxers exposed, why even. My son wanted to order a slushy, he went to the counter. The girl their said oh it’s not ready, he turns around and then she said, “wait wait I do have it , I’m joking.” My son said I don’t want it anymore. Just the whole experience wasn’t pleasant. There were two young ladies and 2 young men. The two older ones were more courteous then the other two to be honest. I doubt we will be coming here again.

Very cool little ice cream shop, they have a lot of trendy sweets like the dubai chocolate strawberry cups and the dragon breath things. My roll up ice cream was delicious and the line moved pretty fast.
