Paid $6.50 to park just for ice cream and he said wouldn't let us in. Said they were closes. It was 4:40.

Husband & I walked in on a very chilly day in October, so we were able to walk right in & go straight to the register then straight to the rolling station. They have a nice long waiting area that’s very air conditioned & clean. They have a nice variety of mix ins & toppings for the rolled ice cream. We both had vanilla, but I bet chocolate would be great as well. Would definitely be back, I bet in summer this is a nice treat after a day at the beach. (Rolled options we got: Left: Vanilla; butterfinger & coffee mix in, reese’s pieces & granola topping. Right: Vanilla; Hershey’s Cookies & Cream & coffee mix ins, reese’s pieces & caramel.)

I was paying and saw a rat crawl across the ledge behind the counter DISGUSTING!

There was a big line but it seemed to go pretty fast. You get to pick 2 mix ins an 2 toppings which was nice. It was 10$ an came in a pretty big cup. I got nutter butter an Reese mix with chocolate sauce and whipped cream. I was very satisfied compared to the rolled ice cream I got last year at another place. I would definitely come back and get more.

Kids saw the rolled ice cream and it was a must have. Customer service was great! We got Oreo rolled ice cream and dragon breath they were both good!

We came down for vacation and on yesterday July 6 my family and I was inside the restaurant to get some of the ice cream! Omg they have the best by the way we came to the strip just for it! But while there my daughter passed out! Thanks to the staff for helping my child! I didn’t get the gentleman name but he was swift he called for help gave us fans water and all! So don’t only go bc the ice cream good go bc of the respect they have for others the way he showed up for my child was absolutely amazing! So again thank you!

While watching them make the order ahead of us a giant cockroach walked across the table and around where they roll icecream. . They sprayed bleach all over around where they roll the ice cream when we pointed out the bugs. They Wiped up around the edges then made my daughters ice cream on that. Don't eat here. The health department should shut them down.

I got a vanilla base rolled ice cream, best ice cream ever, the service was top tier and they made the experience very enjoyable. Even though it is a little pricy, it is so far beyond worth it and I loved every bite of it, HIGHLY reccomend
Albeist. I will be blasting this business on any and every social outlet that I can. They treated my deaf siblings HORRENDOUSLY. I will be there tomorrow to speak with management after hearing how they treated my siblings. ALBEIST. TERRIBLE. PEOPLE.

i needed to get water because my throat was dry & i couldnt stop coughing. I walked into this business looking for a drink, as I entered I informed the first employee closest to the entrance that I am deaf & I needed to buy water. He gestured to the end of the store where you can see a refridgerator with drinks. I thanked him & walked down the store, as i reached to open the fridge another different employee swiftly & aggressively slammed the fridge door shut then started shouting at me. I didn't realize customers were supposed to pay first before retrieving their drinks especially since there is a hinge counter that was let down & looked like it would been fine to grab on my own & bring up to the counter especially since the first employee told me to go down there. I did not feel comfortable right after this experience & I did not feel welcome anymore. Everything happened very fast I did not catch the employee name since I wanted to leave right after that whole experience. I understand this is not a universal problem & Im sure if you are a hearing customer you will be alright, however I feel the staff need some training on customer service for when working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing customers (& possibly for another other customers with different disabilities). I will not be coming back.

Ice cream is really good, you will pay a bit of money here but for the experience, entertainment, and taste it’s worth it. I didn’t have much of a wait time, I would come back.
