Nagano Japanese Hibachi Express

Portions are more than generous, steak is juicy and tender, and their chicken is delicious. My family has ordered almost everything from the menu and we've never had a complaint. This place is a diamond in the ruff and the woman that cooks is the only person I'd trust cooking my Hibachi. I don't care if her language is not my own, she cooks some bomb food that'll fill you up. I'm grateful she's here to give us an example of true Japanese Hibachi food.

The food is good but where are my condiments?!?!? Sushi without ginger or wasabi and spring rolls without sweet and sour? Come on man!!!!!

Great food

I ordered food that was completely inedible. The chicken was spoiled and covered in vinegar to mask the taste. My egg rolls were served at an unsafe temperature. They were still cold in the middle and the cream cheese in my wontons was also obviously spoiled. Within minutes of tasting these items my husband and I were already experiencing upset stomachs. When I returned the food both owners screamed at me. I have reported them to the health dept.

Really good food for the pricing. Unfortunately it’s a pretty rude establishment and the woman’s quite hateful towards all of the customers. It’s unfortunate because this used to be our favorite place to eat. Establishment def needs a good cleaning as well.(I say this as I’m a cleaner) it doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned.

If you're a delivery driver, be prepared to wait at least 15-30 minutes. They dispatch drivers here as soon as they get the order so you get to wait around while the cook it. They're in slow motion here. I wouldn't waste your time.

Hot in side don't dine in stake chewy drink flat and they did not have half the stuff on menu the woman just pee poor attitude don't waste time or money

This use to be a great place to eat...now its crap...went there today and owners(both of them) were asleep at their own booths that are meant for customers(which there were none)...had to wake them up to place an order...when I order the shrimp dinner, it was horrible...it stank of dead fish and were well over cooked...I tried one and couldn't eat anymore...I spent 60$$ on dinner that I can not eat...

Probably the best steak and shrimp hibachi in the area, I eat here often. Building needs some help but the food is always good, prices are reasonable. Service is always friendly, I’ve never given them any attitude and they’ve never given me any in return

They let me order from the old menu and charged me new menu prices. Without telling me the price is on the new menu. I ask why don't you throw the old ones away they replied the paper is to expensive but yet I paid over 4 more dollars per meal I ordered 6 mealsl

They gave me attitude when i walked in.When getting my food tried to boss me around when trying to ask for more sauce even after saying i will pay for it then walked away when i tried to pay. Acted like i was giving a problem when all i was trying to do was pay. I noticed there was a big roach and when i told them they got upset and tried to walk away from the situation. I’m so upset and they would not give me my money back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

This is a very dark and dingy restaurant. The owners were not very friendly, and didn't seem to want to fix my order. They were very snippy if I asked a question. I would not EVER go back to this restaurant. The price was good for what I ordered, but the lack of friendliness and the dark dingy dining area are not a very enjoyable dining area. The owners acted like I bothered them when I went in to order. It was just a very uncomfortable place, and everything on the table or where you got your condiments was sticky, and felt dirty.
