“Panera’s was once such a treat. They have automated the cashier experience and in general there is very little contact with the staff. I do not agree with the automated system asking for a tip for the staff as there is no interaction so what am I tipping for? I ordered the ciabatta with bacon egg and cheese and an iced coffee. The food was delicious and filling and the store was spotless.“
“Just went through the drive through, I have been a Panera customer forever… the staff here is so sweet, I went at 7:45pm and the food was fresh and delicious. If I hadn’t already eaten my salad I’d post a picture because the person who made it, made it beautifully.“
