I wanted to give a huge shout out to Jasmine. I come into Panera Bread relatively often to work on my laptop. Her genuine, warm service is an understatement. By the way I come in usually right after they open so it's very early. She always smiles, provides incredible service that any business must do to keep customers coming back. I'm big on service as I work in the service industry as well - and Jasmine is a great example of what it means to provide great service to her customers....read full review

Pretty bad. Went to get breakfast. No one at the counter. Place was not busy. Girl with blond hair came out. I ordered. She said I would have to get almond milk at the to go window. I went to get coffee. Only one cup left in the container. I went to tell the cashier but she was gone again. I went to the to go window. They said there should be someone up front. Always love Paneras food atmosphere and service have been going there since 2006. In NH, there's always a fire in the fireplace when it's cold. It makes it cozy and friendly.
