Sat at the drive through for 20 minutes saying hello. No one answered. Went inside and explained what happened to the cashier and she only said the headset must have died. Never seen a more nonchalant Panera bread before

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION the guy who says he is a Manager Corey is VERY RUDE unprofessional and has zero customer service. The food quality is not good we were on vacation went through the drive through and and ordered. When we go to our beach house we opened it and everything was wrong but more disappointing BARELY ANY MEAT . There were only 2 thin deli slices of Turkey that looked like they got it from Walmart. I called to speak to a Manager and the first one had no clue. Corey was so rude don’t go to this store

They didn't include dressing and refuse to correct it. I use the app often and this is by far the worst Panera experience I have had.

I love Panera but this specific Panera is horrible. They rarely get orders right, and the manager is very unfriendly. The rest of staff will do whatever to make you happy, but the manager has been super nasty to not just me but others in my office in regards to their wrong orders, or missing items. This place is best if you go yourself, and make sure you check your bag for missing or wrong things before you leave. Not a place to door dash!

Typical Panerai. Had soup and half sandwich. Small soup and skinny sandwich for high price.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Jasmine. I come into Panera Bread relatively often to work on my laptop. Her genuine, warm service is an understatement. By the way I come in usually right after they open so it's very early. She always smiles, provides incredible service that any business must do to keep customers coming back. I'm big on service as I work in the service industry as well - and Jasmine is a great example of what it means to provide great service to her customers. We shared a comment on how coffee is absolutely in the morning! Great job Jasmine and the team at Panera Bread. I didn't even mention that I eat here as well and a Panera Bread rewards member!

The broccoli and cheddar soup was so delicious. I was not big on the mac and cheese but that's how it is at all Panera Bread locations.

I arrived at 9:30 a.m. to find no plainbagels no sesame bagels and very few of any other bagel. I'm wondering what they do to stay in business. Very disappointing.

Pretty bad. Went to get breakfast. No one at the counter. Place was not busy. Girl with blond hair came out. I ordered. She said I would have to get almond milk at the to go window. I went to get coffee. Only one cup left in the container. I went to tell the cashier but she was gone again. I went to the to go window. They said there should be someone up front. I agreed but said none was there. The cashier came back out moving at a snails pace (someone check her pulse). She asked what was wrong. Explained it to her. She took the coffee container. I Went to get my food. It was on plates. I asked for a to go order. They seemed exasperated. Asked for the almond milk. She gave me what looked like the lid to a yogurt cup full of almond milk. I went back to the coffee. No update from the cashier. Ten minutes later I gave up and got unflavored coffee (all of it was lukewarm) and looked at the cashier. Not a word, and I left. I get that you might not like your job, but no need to show it to the rest of the world. Threw out my coffee because the bottom of the cup was all coffee grounds.
