I have been ordering from Papa Johns for 5 years now. I have never once complained up until now. 4 Days ago i ordered from them in the afternoon and it took almost 2 hours for my pizza. When addressed to the manager I was told sorry for the delay. Literally that is all that was said, Now I am not asking for discounts or anything else. I don't need them, but that is not how you handle flaws in your business dealing with customer service. Take 2..... I placed an order online...read full review
They said be ready in 15 min took them 45. Feel Disappoint I gave papa John's a second chance and they blew it. ����
Horrible service! Ordered at 7:42 and it is now 9:26 and have not gotten order yet! Was told when order was placed it would be delivered in 40 minutes. Unbelievable! I have called twice and was told it is on the way. I am 1.8 miles away. I would cancel but paid for order with debit card. It will not happen again!
