About Reel

Reel is a restaurant inside the Hampton Inn and Suites in Myrtle Beach. Guests who stay at the hotel or visit the oceanfront can eat here. The restaurant is well decorated and quiet, especially in December when it is not tourist season. The staff is polite and attentive. The service is amazing. Bartenders are fantastic and make a mean drink and have fun conversation. The menu is not fancy but surprisingly tasty. Popular items include the Heat Burger, which is flavorful but the bun can be stale and fall apart. The Margarita Flatbread is also flavorful, with fresh ingredients and good texture. Other favorites are the best buffalo wings, soft shell crab, pasta, steak quesadilla and fish and chips. The fish and chips fries are perfect and the fish is excellent. The steak quesadilla has well packed wedges and comes with salsa and chips, though the chips can be a bit salty. Prices are very reasonable for the current economy. The restaurant is open 12‑10pm. Many guests say they will return and recommend it to others.
