Food was good service not so good. Went in for a late lunch. Was seated and then waited over 10 minutes till I stood up to get, I suppose manager, attention. She brought a server with her saying that only 1 server on, only maybe 4 tables in restaurant. When she tried to order had no pen. Food took a little bit of time to come out. This was our first visit to this particular Ruby Tuesday restaurant. We were delighted to find did the food and service were excellent. On this occasion we decided to go for the cheeseburger special with a ton of fries. Not only with the price amazing, but the size and quality of the burger left us wanting nothing. We definitely plan to return to the same restaurant in a few days.

My server was nice but the food was not good. I had the hickory bourbon ribs, mashed potatoes and buttered corn. The ribs were dry, my mashed potatoes did not taste like real potatoes and they were burnt from the microwave, and my corn was dry. My partner had the steak fajitas which were mediocre. I will not return.
