I recently visited Southern House of Pancakes, and while the service and environment were great, I can’t say the same about the food. I ordered the shrimp and grits for $18.95, and honestly, it was a disappointment. The shrimp was bland, and the grits were too watery and lacked flavor. For the price, I expected something much more satisfying. While the staff was friendly and the ambiance was nice, the quality of the dish didn’t match the price at all. I may give it another...

The only issue I had with this breakfast restaurant was, bagel was horribly dry.
If you operate a quality breakfast restaurant you should use the best brand products...ie. ketchup should be heinz... maple syrup should be real maple syrup, not cheap runny off brand..
And cream cheese should only be....Philadelphia, not an imposter.
Up your game owners,
don't be cheaping out on your customers, your already charging higher than market prices...
