The employee who waited on us was kind and efficient. She took charge doing multiple transactions and was kind while doing her job. Wish I had her name. She deserves more kudos than a gratuity. Love this store.
Perhaps they need to get some better management to help this place out. It was relatively clean and the speed was good. However, the workers seem totally disengaged and walk around like they're in a daze, and the cashier and her sparkling personality should probably be placed elsewhere. The only one working their butt off was they guy making the food. They were totally out of Everything, plain, then sesame bagels by 10:30 AM. How? Very odd place.
