My iced passion tea was perfect. Signage for entrance was confusing after see the initial sign out side of food court entrance, I went into food court looking for Starbucks l, kinda confusing placement.

I’m incredibly frustrated with my recent experience at this location. I do not drink coffee, but I stopped in to purchase a cup of ice or even just a cup of water—fully willing to pay for it. To my surprise, I was told they would not sell me either unless I also purchased a coffee. This policy is completely ridiculous. Water and ice are basic necessities, and I was not asking for anything free. It’s disappointing that a company of this size would enforce such an unnecessary rule, especially when I was a paying customer. I expected better service and a more reasonable approach to simple requests.

We had literally just walked in the door and my husband was holding the door for some customers who were walking out and the barista behind the counter yelled at him for holding the door open. We immediately walked back out. An establishment that frowns upon friendliness and manners is not an establishment that I want to spend my money at.

Barista had an attitude making the drink that’s on their menu. We stood there after placing the order and the barista grabbed the order slip looked at the cashier smiled, made a remark, and then shook her head. The drink it self was terrible so with all these things considered, we won’t be going back to this location. The whole experience was just bad. There are MUCH better Starbucks locations with better service close by.
