The service and just simple human decency, compassion, and consideration at this establishment is garbage. Starbucks has been our go to for years for our caramel frappes but I promise you my future visits will be to 7 Brew. We walked the plaza here shopping and had our pup with us and needed a simple cup of water. A cup of WATER!!! The white female wearing glasses working around 1500 hours on 11/13/2025 was so rude and quick to advise she doesn’t give free cups of water away anymore. “Purchase the bottle or make another purchase for a cup of water”. I told her it was for a dog and he can’t drink from a bottle and she said NOTHING. No care in the world. I mean I’d pay for the cup because I’m aware they cost the company money but even a dollar for a cup of water you’d be banking off it. We had him water in a bowl and it cracked. Thanks to Charley’s restaurant in the food court I was able to get him something as simple as water. For a company that makes the money they do you’d think a simple cup of Gods creation wouldn’t be much to ask. Won’t EVER buy anything from Starbucks again. You showed your colors today.

My iced passion tea was perfect. Signage for entrance was confusing after see the initial sign out side of food court entrance, I went into food court looking for Starbucks l, kinda confusing placement.

Great customer service. The guy working the register had a wonderful personality and made the atmosphere warm and bubbly. My drink was also good!

I’m incredibly frustrated with my recent experience at this location. I do not drink coffee, but I stopped in to purchase a cup of ice or even just a cup of water—fully willing to pay for it. To my surprise, I was told they would not sell me either unless I also purchased a coffee. This policy is completely ridiculous. Water and ice are basic necessities, and I was not asking for anything free. It’s disappointing that a company of this size would enforce such an unnecessary rule, especially when I was a paying customer. I expected better service and a more reasonable approach to simple requests.
