My visit to this Starbucks was extremely disappointing. While I was there, a male employee was loudly arguing with a female coworker. At one point, he shouted, “What am I doing wrong?” in a very confrontational tone, making the environment uncomfortable for customers.
Worse, he loudly said, “This store smells like shit,” referring to the back area. His unprofessional language and demeanor were shocking and inappropriate for a public setting. He also spilled a drink during my visit and made no effort to acknowledge or clean up the mess.
The entire experience felt chaotic and unpleasant. The employee’s volume and behavior were so disruptive that I chose to leave the store. I strongly urge management to address these issues immediately to ensure a more respectful and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff.

It’s rare to find someone so personable and caring, and her positive attitude made my visit that much better. Highly recommend stopping by when she’s working! She treats customers like she owns the place thank you!

We had a girls trip and started our mornings here. Joesph was awesome. The BEST personality, was welcoming, and matched my sense of humor. He remembered my order and the staff made the best Iced Dirty Pumpkin Chai!! Thank you for making our mornings absolutely perfect!
