We had a girls trip and started our mornings here. Joesph was awesome. The BEST personality, was welcoming, and matched my sense of humor. He remembered my order and the staff made the best Iced Dirty Pumpkin Chai!! Thank you for making our mornings absolutely perfect!

Ordered a pistachio latte. No subs or extra just as it is on the app. Picked up. Opened it up and the top of the coffee was 3/4 down the cup. Like where is the rest of it!!?? I don’t even go to Starbucks anymore but it was convenient at the moment. I rather get nothing next time.

Yesterday I walked in this Starbucks, I asked the staff if I could order online bcz some Starbucks don't do mobile orders so I was just making sure. The slim (I think she looks like) Indian lady with a frame glasses and medium length hair replied "Yes" with distain, and gave me a look as if she was saying "are you stupid" and walked away. Ok, I didn't say anything at that time, just sat down n ordered coffee on my phone.I was the only customer that time in the store with a mobile order, and it was not busy at all. I ordered my coffee and in 10 mins my name was never called, the other customers had their names called reminding them the coffee was ready, so I went n asked if my coffee was still not ready yet and was a little upset. That Indian lady pointed at the corner saying it was on the mobile order shelf (and gave her coworker a "I think this girl is stupid I don't understand what she was talking about" look) and when I picked it up n about to leave she said, "WAIT, LET ME SEE YOUR NAME, What is the name on cup?" in a tough tone, as if I was going to steal the coffee that was not mine.I left but later I felt upset so I went back to confront her, telling her I didn't like her attitude, she didn't even bother to say a sorry, her coworker said sorry for her. This type of extremely bad attitude is really upseting, and also I didn't see her giving any attitude to the other customers who were Americans. Extremely disappointed by this Starbucks store for what happened. I am peaceful most of the time and never wrote a one star comment before, but doesn't mean that I'll tolerate this type of behavior.
