“I think her name is Barb. She was awesome. She was busy when we walked in and after we walked in, there was a trail of people behind us. Some how I froze the machine. She told me to just start eating and could pay after the rush was over. She trusted a total stranger to eat the pay. And it seemed like everyone in line knew her. This location should be proud She is there. Keep up the great work.“

“Every time I go to this location the young lady that has been there for a while is the best! She is very friendly and efficient with my family’s order. She even lets my son make sure he has enough ranch on the sandwich, and cuts it the way he likes. I need to get her name next time. Thank you guys on Dick Pond!!!“

“I usually don't rate fast food but this one is worth the mention..I don't know if it was the food or the service. Derick was working and I don't know that I will ever forget him. He was so helpful to the new employee, he made sure to greet everyone as they came it. He talked to you like he had always known you. You can tell that he is an all the way around good guy. So glad that we didn't pass on subs that day!“

“Went here for a much needed lunch on Saturday March 29th 2025 with my mom. We had stopped here since i noticed that there was a subway and we were at wholesale furniture nearby looking for furniture. After shopping there, we headed straight to subway. We walked in, asked the guy if they accepted coupons and they did. First we decided what to order- I wanted something different than my usual sandwich. My mom went first and she ordered a footlong of the Ultimate B.M.T. Finally i decided, and had a footlong with italian herbs and cheese with the Baja Chipotle Chicken Sandwich with provolone. i had it toasted, and topped it with lettuce, onion, pickles, black olives, light mayo, and the chipotle sauce. Both the person making the sandwich and cashier was very pleasant. We ordered a combo with one and got 2 cookies oatmeal raisin and double chocolate.We used coupons mailed to us, and paid with a gift card. I always like subway's cookies, and their sandwiches. For our drink i decided on the unsweetened lipton tea, which i didn't like but my mom did. This subway actually had lots of seating to sit at. we sat down at a table and ate our food! i really enjoyed my sandwich! Would definitely be back at a subway soon!“

“Today on 12/20 I had a horrible traveling expirence, my airline gave me a coupon to redeem but didn’t explain how to use it. I tried to use it at subway and was short money due to not knowing how to properly redeem the voucher. The workers helped accommodate me greatly. It was a gentleman and woman working. “Me and my daughter came here for lunch while on break and we enjoyed it. The bread was tasty and not hard, the station was clean and they had items covered. The young man training was calm and doing a great job. The women there made our sandwiches, and they came out just right.The only thing id say wasn't great, was watching the women correct the young man in front of the line the way she did instead of pulling him to the side or facing the board whispering. I did feel a bit bad for him. Over all thought, it was a really great visit, and they had great food.“

“Went here on Sunday March 23rd 2025 for much needed lunch after a long day shopping in the Walmart. Conveniently, this subway is located in the walmart by the food section none the less. Anyways, we parked our wagon by a table, and got in line and decided on what to order. I ordered A Footlong with Italian Herbs and Cheese Chicken Sweet Onion Teriyaki with provolone cheese, toasted, lettuce, onion, pickles, black olives, and sweet onion teriyaki sauce. My mom ordered the Honey Mustard chicken wrap footlong. With my sweet onion Terriyaki, we also got a meal with a diet coke, and 2 cookies: 1 Double Chocolate and 1 oatmeal cookie. Cost was about 27.70. We paid with gift card and it had a balance remaining after. We sat down and ate all of our meal at a table in which this location had for their customers to sit down. Sandwiches were enjoyable! Oh, and cashier (it was one guy) was very pleasant and took care of us. Place was clean. Would definitely be back to have subway again!“
