Tried to carpool to Taco Bell to save the turtles. Placed 3 mobile orders and went through the drive through at 10:10pm. There’s a massive line and we go to say we’re here to pickup our orders and they tell us we can only pick up 2 at a time and that we have to drive back around for the 3rd order. Needless to say we wasted 20 minutes in the drive through after going back around. I’d like to know what rule that is that at 10 at night we can’t just get our third order.

I Came through the drive through after I got off work around midnight I spoke to a manager his name was Tyrik he was rude customer service terrible he kept saying “what do you want” I said one second please he then repeats “what’” I said are you good why are you saying what by then my patience had already thinned out because that’s not how you address a customer then I then tell him heys that’s not how you talk to a customer he raised his voice I then raised mine back then he goes to say get out my line. As I’m pulling off I have a female who goes into the mic and says “Byyyyyyeeeeee” in like a clowning manner basically clowning me because he told me to get out the line. I felt disrespect humiliated and I will never go to thag taco bell again those people shouldn’t even be working if they are going to talk and treat people so rudely . They both refused to give me there names because I did tell them I was going to leave a review they refused wanted to argue with me instead threatened to call the cops and didn’t because he was rude first I told him to call the cops because I was then going to tell the cop how rude he was this is ridiculous and I sat in the drive thru line for nearly 20 mins with one car in line which is ridiculous. I would like to take this matter to corporate I don’t like how I was talked to treated and mocked I will make sure nobody I know eats at the Taco BellAgain customer service is terrible. Thanky you Ms. Emily and manager Tyrik for ruining my Taco Bell experience

I literally just left from there. I had a food credit. I was asked for what , i said a crunchwrap, they asked what was the kind of crunchwrap, i told them, and then i was immediately asked to go straight to the second window. I was going to order more, but obviously didn’t have the chance because i was asked to go to the second window. I was also going to ask if they could put no bacon but again, i was just told to pull up to the second window. I just assumed i could order the rest when they finally opened the window. No one asked me if i wanted anything else, they didn’t ask me anything about the wrap other than what kind it was i had the food credit for. Mind you when I spoke to the lady on the phone about my credit previously, she told me they would have no problem making it however i wanted the next time i went to them because i told her i didn’t realize it came with bacon as well as the guacamole that was missing from it. No one got back to me till the wrap was already made, and obviously i felt bad, but i dont eat pork, and all i said was i’m sorry, I actually didn’t want it with bacon. And the girl who handed it to me instantly had attitude and said “then why didnt you tell her that.” I was trying to explain to her no one asked me and that i was going to order more but y’all had told me to just go straight to the window. But she didn’t care and she had a problem like i was the one being rude. She started telling everyone “she doesnt want it. She didnt want meat in it.” And at that point i didnt want it all because of how she was dealing with the situation. I stayed for it because the manager told me the guy in the back was already making a new one, but i told her i wasnt going to eat it. Literally ruined my whole appetite. But i didnt want to be rude and drive off. So a waste of my money yet again, waste of gas, and waste of my time. Im super upset and disappointed on how everything was handled. Like who talks to someone like that? Much less a customer who already had an issue once at this location.

My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch and ordered two chicken tacos each and two drinks. Everything came out quickly but as we started to eat,we looked at our receipt. It said: 4 Beef tacos for 7.56 n then 4 add chicken for 4.00 n 4 no seasoned beef. Very strange since we didn’t order beef tacos so we asked the cashier. She said that the chicken was a substitution and cost more to do that. What? Chicken costs more than beef? I don’t think so. This just makes no sense and just seems to be a way of charging more for no reason at all. Taco Bell that’s NOT cool. The food was good but this up charge for chicken is not. Taco Bell you can do better than this and it’s not even the money. It’s the principal and just being fair to customers.
