They were horrible. Hit the order wrong. Went back and still got it wrong. They didn't seen to care at all. They absolutely took no concern or responsibility about the mistake. Food was Luke warm at best.
I love me some Taco Bell regardless the time of day! I went in and the guy talking my order had amazing customer service! There was something I wanted that wasn’t really on the menu so I said forget it got other food no big deal. He brought our food out to us and gave me what I was trying to order originally for no extra charge. I can’t remember his name but he deserves a raise!!!!

My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch and ordered two chicken tacos each and two drinks. Everything came out quickly but as we started to eat,we looked at our receipt. It said: 4 Beef tacos for 7.56 n then 4 add chicken for 4.00 n 4 no seasoned beef. Very strange since we didn’t order beef tacos so we asked the cashier.
