Had the most wonderful experience at this melting pot. Our server, Enzu was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu and dietary alternatives to menu items. He made this experience so much fun for our entire party. The food was also amazing, per usual.

It took for us like 3 hours to finish our 4 course meal and we didn’t realize how the time passed. You get the feeling that you are in a professionally managed restaurant. The food was delicious and quality. This was my first time and I will be going again for sure

Be prepared to enjoy your time at this restaurant if you enjoy cooking your food for appetizer, entree, and dessert. I would not recommend the chicken. Go with the steak - well seasoned and tastes best. The cook times are a bit off. Veggies and steak need to cook longer then suggested.
The cheese appetizer was really good and if I return it would be for this.
Our waiter explained the process in an entertaining fashion. He made the experience fun!! He suggested based on his liking which gave us a good guide.

Went to The Melting Pot on a Saturday night. Had made reservations for 4. We had a fabulous time. We've been to this location once before. My favorite part is how the seating is set up, so no matter where you sit, you can not see any other tables of people. It makes it feel very private and romantic (if that's what you're looking for).

We ordered the cheese fondue and the Ying yang chocolate fondue for dessert! Skipped dinner this time, though I've had that there before too. It was all delicious. The cheese nice and stringy and all the bread seemed fresh.

Our waitress was attentive and very friendly. The hostess was also friendly and welcoming. Our booth was comfy and we had no complaints. We will definitely be back.

Definitely recommend this establishment. We went here for our 25th anniversary and did the vip plan. The staff was very informative and polite. The food was absolutely amazing, and the dessert was to die for. The craft cocktails were very flavorful as well as visually appealing.
