The Melting Pot Myrtle Beach

My husband booked the VIP experience for our anniversary and we got nothing of the sort. (The table next to us were celebrating their anniversary and had much different experience than we did ) We actually were not even asked if we were celebrating a special occasion, despite the wilted roses my husband purchased for the table.  When we asked what additional perks accompanied our VIP service, we were told the cracker starter and 3 chocolate covered strawberries at the end of the meal. As far as preferred seating , we were tucked into a corner booth against the wall, which was quit uncomfortable. Our section had noisy tables for most of our meal.  Overall, the food was good, except for one bad piece of shrimp that made it out to the table .

My wife and I dine at this location 2 times a year. And it never misses. This trip is no exception. I'd go as far as to say this was our best trip yet and our server made it that way. Great conversation and checking on us throughout our meal. Sure wish we had a Melting Pot back home in Las Vegas. Can't wait to see you guys again this summer! Edit: Kira (unsure of correct spelling) was our server and she was hands down one of the best servers we have had in myrtle beach!

My husband & I went to dinner to celebrate my birthday; we haven't aren't at a Melting Pot in years. The food was delicious, the service was great. The host was great, our waiter was good. He did not give as much information out as some of the other waiters/waitresses but was still good. Food was delicious & plenty of gluten free options for me. They did make sure since I did GF & my husband did not that it was ok to share the same pot so they knew to make arrangements for 2 different pot areas. Overall great. We knew the total was going to be a little pricey but well worth the experience

I ordered the herb crusted chicken and received plain chicken cut up. It was freezing (and we did let the know). The potstickers looked like they had been sitting out. Wasn't worth $130 and we come there often. This was the worst. The server was good

We came here as part of our honeymoon to Myrtle Beach because we were looking for a nice place to sit down to eat and have an intimate experience. This place definitely gave it to us! From the moment that we walked into the door, the manager was very friendly, the waitress was interactive and hospitable, the restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious. Our waitress Sam gave us enough time between courses and would often check to make sure that we were ready for the next one. She offered to pack up any food that we hadn’t finished up. She gave us great suggestions of food to pick from and even came out with a plate that said “happy honeymoon”, which gave the night a special touch. I will say that this is an experience that we couldn’t have on a regular basis since the price is higher than other restaurants we visit, but for the sake of splurging on special occasions, it’s definitely worth the money and the quality of the food that you receive.

Nice experience. Our first time at a fondue restaurant. 4 course meal was very good. Just know what you're getting yourself into. It's not something you'll order and eat. Took us 2 hrs total. Which we knew ahead of time. You cook everything yourself. Not something I would do often. However, I will go for drinks and the cheese fondue! Overall, great experience and I highly recommend for a date night or friends get together. Lots of time to talk and just enjoy each other's company.

We had a party of 8 who thoroughly enjoyed the experience, including those who hand never done the fondu thing before our visit. The 4 course meal was delicious, and our server was super helpful, attentive, professional, and very personable and friendly. It was a fun evening, and everyone left very filled to the brim with good food and great fun.

Another amazing experience at the Melting Pot. It was my sister's first visit and she loved it. Plenty of food. Perfect service. And, they put us in a quiet spot that had plenty of room for my trained service dog. It was refreshing to dine at a nice restaurant who not only understood delivering a fabulous meal and experience, but also how to treat a disabled person supported by an SD.

This was our first visit to The Melting Pot and Tiffany the manager was absolutely amazing!! she made our experience great!

The Melting Pot is Fondue at its very finest! The dining experience is absolutely amazing, the food is absolutely delicious, and the waiter that we had, Tim, was absolutely impeccable! We have dined in many restaurants but this was by far the best experience that we have ever had! I truly cannot say enough about Tim! He is wonderful and made us feel right at home, while his attentiveness was excellent!
The four course meal was the best and the atmosphere was absolutely perfect! 5 stars all the way!!!!!

My wife and I come here every year with friends to celebrate their anniversary. And every year, this place never disappoints the food is fabulous. Atmosphere is awesome. Staff was incredibly friendly. Our waiter tonight, John was great. Talked to us about the dishes. Explained everything and gave us a wonderful experience. We'll be back again next year for their 39th anniversary.
