There was no wait for a table and the place was busy. The staff were very nice and the food came quickly. I honestly was surprised as to how fast it came out! The food tasted really good and you def get your money worth!

Great breakfast! We showed up with 9 in our party....4 being kids. Everyone there was nice and welcoming....I know big parties can be a pain. the food came out quickly and was delicious. great experience.

Everything was great! The service was friendly & the food arrived quickly. My only complaint was that my portion was small. I had chipped beef gravy on toast. It consisted of 2 slices of toast and some gravy. I should have ordered a side of potatoes or something. I had in my mind that it was going to be a larger portion. Still a great place to eat!!

Had the pancakes with banana and pecans, food was good and so was the service. Came back and tried the Greek omelet, grits and home fries, all were good but wasn't a fan of the grits but to be fair I like my grits bland as I like to add a little augar or just grits with cheese.

Since moving to Loris SC I have visited Theo’s Pancake House many times.I met the brothers who owns the restaurant and have had many conversations with them both.Love this family owned restaurant.
