Contrary to some of the reviews about speed. I walked up waited a min, ordered a drink and I got it so fast. I'm sure they can get busy it's a 1 man show. Not only was the service fast and friendly my lava daiquiri was amazing, probably the best drink on my stay so far. Nice pato and beach loungers make for a relaxing day in the sun. Glad I stopped by. Will be back!

We stayed in the oceanfront towers. The rooms were spacious with beautiful decor. The condo we stayed in had 5 bedrooms and 4 of them had king sized beds with the final bedroom having 2 queen sized beds. Our family found all of the beds comfortable. There were 4.5 bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. Large oceanfront balcony with lovely outdoor furniture. Plenty of free parking and outdoor amenities galore !

This hotel was once one of the best I have stayed in. This year proved anything but. Our room was dirty, furniture broken, beds atrocious, patio furniture a mismatch of Walmart Foodlion and Dollar tree and half was broken. Lamp shades were dry rotted and ripped dining table was dirty to the point it could not be wiped off. When I complained a manager came and to her credit was as horrified as I was. She took pictures and said they would have us moved. After 4 hours the only option was to move to one of the houses a 4 bedroom which was nice, but, moved us away from the group we were travelling with. It gave us a longer walk to the beach etc etc. The house was acceptable, but the pool at the house which was their selling point was dirty which rendered it unusable as I did not know if it was safe to swim in. It also had grass growing all through the concrete surrounding the pool which was unsightly. I must say that all through the hotel things were worn and tired. The amenities at the outdoor pools were also worn, cleaning of pool decks was spotty at best where we sat, a child dropped an ice cream drink which stayed there all week straws cups everything. In addition there are LOTS of rules for the pool areas unfortunately they are there for looks. NONE are enforced. One such rule is no reserving of chairs. Chairs had towels on them that stayed all day, yet no one sat in them. No pool towels on beach yet beach was littered with blue and white towels. There were a minimum of two gate guards at each pool entrance yet the only rule enforced was you can’t walk to the beach with your beach chair by way of the pool deck. Not sure why that was the only rule enforced. I have no problems with the rules only that they need to be enforced across the board or do not post them. Lastly I was charged 54.40 per day for housekeeping at the House I rented and never saw a housekeeper.

First and foremost, this was a beautiful property overall. The things that were the best about my family's vacation was being on the top floor in the Penthouse, the kitchen was spacious, the appliances were up to date, the bedrooms were nice and comfortable, and the overall room was clean with the exception of the sofa in the front living room area. For this to be a penthouse experience the sofa in the front room was very outdated, soiled with visible dirt, and the mattress underneath was very uncomfortable and flat as a pancake. We had a major incident in the room in which we left on the first afternoon to go out and get dinner, coming back to the suite with water filled on the floor and one of our guests slipping and falling. We were checked on by maintenance which stayed in our suite from around 8pm until almost 2 am cleaning up water that poured and overflowed from the AC unit. Our unit was extremely hot, and we were unable to leave the location that night from staying and waiting on the repairs and also someone supposedly medical who told our guest who fell to take Dayquil to help with his injury. Our guest ended up having to go the next morning to the emergency room, cutting their vacation short and having to go home that next day. No one from the property called, checked on us the entire rest of our time at the facility. I have never experienced any kind of situation such as this in all of my 51 yrs of vacationing and travel.

Have stayed at this resort for numerous years now. This year we were given room 307 in the Indigo Tower. When we got to the room after checking in we found trash on the floor in several locations. There was trash on the deck. I called the front desk to let them know that there was trash on the floor and deck and it appeared dusty in several areas. They acknowledged my call but never sent anyone to clean the floor the whole week we were there. In years past the room we stayed in was always clean when we arrived. Not sure what was going on this year. Hopefully this is not a sign of what is to come with this resort.

This was my best trip yet with NBP! My family and I stay here several times a year. And this time THANKS TO BRE has been the best yet! Not only was our house amazing so was her willingness to accommodate all of our needs! She went beyond measure for me and my family. North beach needs to keep her bc she is truly one of a kind. She was very welcoming and beyond happy to assist with our concerns and issues! I will always want to work with her if possible moving forward. And it was late and we never felt rushed or stressed due to her calmness and professionalism! Thanks again Bre?
Villa 5033OA Master bedroom carpet was the worst I've ever seen in a hotel. Fan in bedroom was making noise which made it hard to sleep. Stains on wall next to toilet. $600 a night was not worth the price. Please stay away from the Charter Club of North Beach. It is a vacation club scam. Don't let them steal your hard earned money.

This resort has always been a fun place to visit in the summer. It’s oceanfront with pools, lazy River, hot tub, fitness room, dining on the property. The villas in the tower are roomy, clean, having everything you may need. People are here to relax and drink at swim up bar with music playing by DJ on pool deck. It’s obvious that things can get rowdy so security helps with regulating rules. Pool towels are not permitted on beach, beach chairs are not allowed on pool deck, drinks can not be charged to the room (so bring cash or credit card).

Our room in Jasmine tower was very nice. I reserved room through Booking.com . I was expecting to pay around $1100 but ended up being charged around $1400 so just be careful about all extra fees if booking through a third party. I was definitely not expecting that much of a difference. The only issue with room was we couldn’t get one of the TV’s to turn on. Dave from maintenance came. He was very nice and professional and fixed it for us promptly. We ordered dinner from pizza place here on 3rd floor. The pizza was delicious. Overall good experience.

We always love going to North Beach Resort. It is the nicest place to stay and is so convenient to attractions and shopping. I just love how nice the rooms have always been. This will not be our last trip to North Beach Resort
