It was my 91st birthday and my son was taking me out to dinner to celebrate. I was checking online for a restaurant and came across Vicini’s. The reviews were amazing but I thought sure, they can’t be true! Well let me tell you! This was the best Italian food I’ve had since I’ve been in the South! I ordered the gnocchi with meat sauce and I thought I was back at home eating mama’s dinner! My son (who is rather picky) ordered chicken parmigiana that came with a side of spaghetti and is still raving about it! Believe me if you are ever in Myrtle Beach, you have to give this place a try! You will not be disappointed ‼️

Visiting Myrtle Beach and tried Vicini’s on a whim. It didn’t disappoint! Unbelievably delicious. Get the Gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce!

The food at Vicini’s Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria is acceptable, but the service leaves much to be desired. On both of my visits, I noticed a lack of consistency: every table around us was served bread and butter, except ours. The first time I thought it was an oversight, but this is the second time it has happened.
These details make the customer feel less attended to and negatively affect the overall experience, no matter how well the food is prepared.

The food is AMAZING ... all Freshly made by the owners and family members, who are actually cooking in the Kitchen. They use only the highest quality ingredients in all the food, and it shows.
The PIZZA is Phenomenal, the dough is light and fresh, the cheese is of the highest quality and you can taste it!!!
The Homemade Gnocchi is off the charts.
The Desserts are Scrumptious.. especially the Tartuffo Ice Cream and the Famous Limoncello Tiramisu.. OMG !!!
The Staff is so Friendly and Accommodating. Marissa is the Sweetest Waitress and made us feel so at Home!

While on vacation in Myrtle Beach, found this authentic Italian restaurant.. Vicini’s ! Food was absolutely delicious and the restaurant reminded me of a little place in New York. The staff was friendly and courteous and made the whole dining experience memorable. Will definitely go there again next time I go to South Carolina.
