I haven't been to the Arby's in Newberry in a very long time because the drive-thru people were so rude and, frankly, slack...until this evening. The young man at the drive-thru was so personable, friendly and efficient. The food was so much better, hot and fresh. Couldn't have been any better. Will be back.
Waited 15 minutes after being told to pull forward for two sliders at 3 in the afternoon. No one every came out. Gave up and drove off without food! Good food but always slow!
