Staff seemed overwhelmed because they were so busy. My order was looked over and I actually had to ask for it but other than that the food was great and even though they were slammed busy the staff had smiles and were friendly

Never a good sign when a cop is behind the counter. ? Which I wouldn't have known if I didn't have to go inside to find out what was taking the Drive-Thru so long.Waited over 15 minutes outside the drive through and then my order was still incorrect. ?

Needs new staff. Slow to prepare order. People ahead me having to wait for their food on the side like me. There is no one else in dining room or cars in line. Do not even have dirty rice. Must be out of chicken. I’ve been in line now for 10 minutes. All staff must be playing around. Next time I’ll split the difference in miles and go to Chapin
