Customer service here is phenomenal but product availability and enough employees to service the customers is not good. I understand the employee situation is bad everywhere, but these employees barely make above minimum wage and are overworked. Maybe an increase in hourly wages would help get more employees. hi. i just wanted to leave a review and say that a few months ago i was on my way home and i had a long night ahead of me and i stopped at this dunkin and ordered a cold brew with carmel and almond milk and it was the most amazing coffee i have ever had. i wish i knew the name of the angel that made that beautiful drink. i am only leaving this review months later because i think about this specific cup of coffee on a daily basis. thank you dunkin on newberry
