Figaro The Dining Room Reviews
Food was very good but instead of our bill of $113.00 we were charged $179.00 with NO apology. We pointed this out and the response was OH well glad we saw that.

When the bill came back from the “manager on duty” he was surly

Absolutely delicious!!! We are so thankful we happened by this place tonight! ❤️
The food was fantastic, the service, Jenn, was exceptional and the desserts were great. Could not have been any better. Thanks for a great dining experience.

Figaro The Dining Room, a hidden gem in Newberry, South Carolina, offers an exceptional dining experience in a beautifully restored bank building from the 1850s. The restaurant's ambiance is described as "interesting" and "aesthetically stimulating," creating a delightful atmosphere suitable for both romantic and casual occasions. The menu features a variety of delicious dishes, including She crab soup, a Romaine salad with Maple dressing, Club sandwich, Chicken and Waffles with cheese grits, Shrimp Étouffée, duck breast, steak, and hot honey Brussel sprouts, all praised for their outstanding quality and taste. The beignets are amazing—crispy outside, soft and fluffy inside, with just the right amount of powdered sugar. The coconut cake is incredible, and the bar serves great drinks. Many guests have enjoyed hearty brunch options like the Southern Breakfast Brunch, which includes two eggs any style, bacon or sausage, toast, and either grits or hashbrowns with a side of fruit. The food is served hot, in generous portions, and is consistently delicious. The restaurant is located in the historic district of Newberry, making it an excellent choice for a pre- or post-meal visit after enjoying entertainment at the Opera House. Visitors also commend the friendly, welcoming staff and the overall warm atmosphere, making Figaro The Dining Room a must-visit destination for those passing through or seeking a memorable day out.
