I am so glad that Newberry FINALLY got a Firehouse. I love how pleasant everyone is every time I walk into the door. I think they know me now because I'm always getting lunch there. LOL! I would just like for the tables to be cleaned off, though. Every time I'm there, I always get crumbs on sleeves from the tables being dirty. Also, around the drink machine area can be wiped down often too. Other than those couple of things, I must say it's a nice place to sit down for lunch. The bathroom is also clean when I use it, and that's a plus in my eating out experience.Parking: There is a huge parking lot in the back of the store.

Fired me for being out for a family emergency... will never even go back to eat eat let alone work here.. especially afterbeing denied the position i applied for and was told i would get ad was also denied my correct pay, and was expcted to make a living on $9/hr on ifi was lucky 3 day a week...

I don't like pickles, so I specifically ordered all of my sandwiches with no pickle at all. Every sandwich had pickles spears. Not only that but they were laying on top of the sandwiches. Firehouse is expensive so I expect it to be right after driving 30 minutes to get there. Now I'm stuck with subs that I can't even eat.

Firehouse use to be one of my favorite restaurants, until I moved to Newberry. If they make a mistake, all you are going to get is a sorry but that same mistake will be made again. You would expect better service from such a small town.

They’ve gotten my order right 80% of the time so far, so 4/5, honestly couldn’t have picked a better time for a review; 4 stars. Managerial staff seem super nice and friendly. Other employees barely respond to a thank you after picking up order.

Employee that took my order was a multitasker. Unfortunately, she wasn't good at it.There was a large order in front of me. She made an effort to make the sandwich for me but forgot about it when she was taking orders and on the phone taking orders.The order before the big order was skipped.I don't know why I bothered to try Firehouse again meatballs are too big to bite so it's hard to eat.
