Firehouse Subs Newberry offers a pleasant dining experience, with friendly managerial staff and generally good food. The restaurant has a large parking lot, and the bathrooms are reported to be clean. However, some customers have noted that the tables could be cleaned more thoroughly, and the drink machine area could also use more frequent wiping down. The service quality has been mixed, with one employee reportedly being helpful, while others barely acknowledge customers. Overall, Firehouse Subs Newberry provides a satisfactory dining option for the community.
