Waited 40 minutes for food that we never got. The manager was called by name and informed 5x that I wanted to see him & he ignored each request. No one even acknowledged that I had been standing there 40 minutes but I got attitude when I spoke up & requested a refund. Terrible service!
The service used to be good and fast over the last several months it has gotten slower and worse. Went there a few weeks ago in the drive thru for breakfast. After pulling up to the speaker it took the employee a few minutes to take my order, with no one else in line outside. When I got to order all I ordered was the dollar McChicken biscuit and a large coffee. I pull up to the first window and pay. The employee handed me my change and a medium coffee.
