“We were traveling from Helen, GA to Charleston, SC and pulled off to get a bite to eat. We wanted pizza so googled a pizza place in town. Glad we found Luigi's; they know the TRUE value of customer service! We ordered a small pizza and a side salad to share then went to sit down. A young man behind the gal ringing us up overheard our order. When he brought our order to the table, he placed a large salad in front of us. He said, "I overheard you say you were going to split our side salad; it's really small so made you a large enough one to split"...talk about customer service!! In addition, we wanted Italian dressing, which we were initially told they were out of. He placed some Italian dressing down and said that he had just made it and to let us know how it is. We just arrived home and unpacked but then had to stop and write a review. The salad was fresh and delicious and the pizza was equally as yummy. Worth the stop!“
