Been going here for years. Within the past 6 weeks have experienced horrible service. One Sunday the counter clerk grabbed her purse and shouted I quit and walked out. Many time 1 person is covering the drive thru and counter. Last week a teenager was cooking food and she's not a cook. After waiting over45 min. We got our food. The order was wrong but we ate and left.
This is our third trip in about six weeks or so. Yesterday we went in the drivethru and ordered a grilled tilapia dinner and a 4 pc Fish/chicken dinner. The window server was courteous, but the service was a bit slow. When I got home opened my plate and the chicken strips were missing. I was ticked. Then it occurred to me we got no receipt either! This is the BEST Captain D's in the CSRA. They have Great Management and it shows.
