I think they intentionally let flavors cross over into other foods. I regularly get guac casero and from time to time garlic flavor transfers into my food when I shouldn't have garlic for health reasons. I don't think I should have to go through the formality of explaining this to a restaurant. Guac Casero should not taste like garlic. Just be prepared to walk them through how to properly separate food flavors in their cutting stations as if you work there.
We held an engagement party and needed to feed 30 people! Monterrey’s was the best! Great pricing and grade A service! they supplied everything we needed to keep food hot and for serving. Will be recommending and using them again for catering.
