Went there tonight for dessert and waited for over 15 minutes to get our order which was only ice creams or blasts. Finally after noticing cars that came after us were getting their order, my husband beeped in inquiring about our order. They finally brought our order out to us and one of the items were incorrect. I actually love Sonic but lately I've been having such terrible service. I've been ordering ice cream cones lately and they are starting to bring them outside which I think is super unsanitary. I am super disappointed in the service lately. I'll take a break for a while and check back in a few months.
Please check your employee Paris. Every time I come there she is rude & I am quite sick of it. Rude to me & your employees. There are plenty of people who need a job and will replace her. If she doesn’t like the industry she needs to go.
