I am a regular Zaxby’s eater and this is my first time at this location and it is possibly the best zaxbys I have ever eaten. The food taste so fresh and the toast was not soggy like other zaxbys locations. The employees are also great

Updated as of 2/24/25...Food has definitely improved over the past couple of months. I no longer look at this location as a last resort. Fries are seasoned, and food is fresh and not overcooked. Kudos.

Food was good once I finally got it. Apparently a cook or two walked out. Was also as cold inside as it was outside which was about 40. Not terribly cold but too cold to be waiting for 45 minutes unprepared. Staff was nice but def showing some frustration
