Updated as of 2/24/25...Food has definitely improved over the past couple of months. I no longer look at this location as a last resort. Fries are seasoned, and food is fresh and not overcooked. Kudos.

Food was good once I finally got it. Apparently a cook or two walked out. Was also as cold inside as it was outside which was about 40. Not terribly cold but too cold to be waiting for 45 minutes unprepared. Staff was nice but def showing some frustration

Zaxby.... on Edgefield rd in North Augusta getting remodel. Why I have to go thru the drive thru to pick up my order I already paid online..Burning my gas... smh. About 7 cars behind....Had a curbside pickup. Why nobody can bring it out thru the back door than waiting on line order extra fries
