“Denaya (sorry if I misspelled) deserves a raise! She was kind & patient when I wasn't sure what to order & when there was an issue, she handled it immediately. She's also running the front & drive thru at the same time, which is quite impressive. I hope her bosses realize what a gem she is!“
“Seating area could use an upgrade but overall the cleanliness impressed me much better than any fast food around. Seems like the employees are taking pride where they work. Hopefully their franchisor can upgrade the booths a little and this place will be immaculate“
“This Arby's has turned around alot. I refused to go hear for a long time due to no one on the mic for the drive-thru and the food being horrible. But this time the food was hot and the manage that runs the day time crew has stepped up the quality of the service and it was an enjoyable experience versus a frustrating one. If you have given up on this Arby's give them a shot during the lunch hour they are a complete change from what use to be at this place.“
“I drove 15 minutes just to get Arbys. I was literally the only customer in the 20 minutes I was there. I ordered a Double beef and cheddar and asked for 4-5 Horsey sauces. I was pulled up to wait for fries. When I got home there were 0 sauces and the sandwich was tiny. Not even a single. On top of that, the fries were cold sooo...why was I even pulled forward. I waited for 16 minutes after paying. I can see why yall don't have any customers. Yall need to go ahead and shut it down.“
