Asked for mild gave me spicy then whenever I said something took it away and brought back medium spicy dish and it was inedible…..however I did recently go back and it was much better as long as they don’t mess your order up this place isn’t to bad
Bombay is my favorite Indian lunch spot in North Charleston! Great value on the lunch special and extremely tasty food.
With the Bazar/Market right next to the restaurant, it makes for a nice all in one eating and shopping experience. #alexapproved

Food takes a while to get to you. But that’s because they make it to order I assume. It’s very fresh and good. I suggest trying the Vindaloo and get it spicy.

The food here is delicious. We did have to wait about 29 minutes for our food but it was worth it. Definitely recommend if you are looking for some yummy Indian food and they even have a grocery store next door.

The food was phenomenal and the owners were so friendly!! In town for business and now wish I had an excuse to be in the area more often to have the opportunity to try more of their menu. Would highly recommend eating here.

Horrible restaurant never coming back again I ordered food from them on doordash they gave it to another person didn’t ask for the persons name or anything I will never come back they gave me the worst customer service. I didn’t even have lunch because of this situation. I talked to the lady to the phone she didn’t tell me what happened and was being rude about it I asked her if I could still get my food she said no and hung up on my face if you want the worst service come to this store. I do NOT recommend this restaurant. If I could give them 0 star I would.

Went here with a party of five - we comfortably split three entrees. Some of the best Indian food I've had in this country, just bar none. The butter chicken was absolutely the best, and the Tikka masala and mutter paneer were flavorful and amazing. The best places are little holes in the wall just like this one. Did not disappoint!!

I usually call ahead for the thali. The non-vegetarian thali. It usually consists of 3 different kinds of chicken dishes: Tika Masala, Curry, and Tandoori,etc . The thali also includes basmati rice, roti,chutney, and two maybe three vegetables and a desert. The vegetarian thali usually consists of four to five different vegetable dishes from Korma, curry,vindaloo,and samosa, etc. The vegetarian thali includes roti, chutney, and a desert as well. They are all excellent and large portioned. If you want to try Indian food, then the thali is the best way to go.
The thali is only available during lunchtime, which ends at 2:30. They are all excellent authentic and excellent. Before I pick up my order, I go to the grocery store on the right of the building. It has just about everything you can think of from every region of India, and beyond fresh and frozen. customer service it is on this side is cordial and knowledgeable.
