Very friendly staff. The young women taking our order was fun to visit with. My husband really liked the big fish sandwich. My 10 piece shrimp order with coleslaw was disappointing. The shrimp was small and overcooked.

Shannon the manager is rude as hell!! Shannon has had this “she doesn’t want to be here attitude “ since I’ve started seeing her working here! Over a year! Shannon was just rude to me like 5 minutes ago. Shannon took the white lady that was behind me order before mine, when I told Shannon I was next, she simply said OK!! And continued serving the woman. No apology nothing! I asked Shannon her name and she proudly said Shannon and walked off!! Wth!! Well today I’m sick of Shannon! Captain ds been around way before Shannon!! Shannon also the manager that like to lock the door and leave everyone sitting in the drive thru while she in the lobby talking to them kids!!! Shannon is not providing customer service ! Especially for my money! And she always mad!! Bump y’all I’ll eat Chinese food first!And I’m back after reading y’all reviews to say , y’all have been having a problem with Shannon for years and nothing has been done, that’s why she is comfortable being rude!! I’ll be sure to make sure nobody I know spends another dollar here!!!

Waited over 15 minutes in drive thru. Food was horrible. Fish tasted freezer burned and like it was cooked in old grease. It was so hot when it was put in styrofoam container that it melted the styrofoam to the fish. Hushpuppies tasted freezer burned, also, and the green beans had no flavor at all. I could have had a steak dinner from Outback for the cost of that 4 piece fish dinner with tea… and would have waited about the same amount of time.

Ordered deluxe seafood platter & order of jalapeno poppers. Didn't get my poppers & devil crab was cooked so long it was black & crunchy. Fries were like potato sticks. Very disappointed in the quality for the price you pay.

Ordered food at 7:10pm order went through said would be ready 7:45 I show up at 8 the time the store closes knocked on window then some one turns the light out and comes to the door I tell her I’m here for said order she said we close which I responded well I BEEN ordered and a see my order on your screen inside she said she never saw it and no one told her so I can come tomorrow and get the food which helps me none at all when I ordered the food for dinner when I got off now have to find something else hopefully everything’s not closed when I get off

I don’t understand why the dining room is still closed. Some of us would like to go in and sit down. The food was delicious and hot; however the coleslaw was bad and by that I mean it was too old or left out too long.Parking: The only place to eat your food other than inside.

Captain Ds is a sit down restaurant. Not a drive through one. Almost all Charleston store you have to call to see if their dinning room is open. I spend 3-5,000 a year before covid. Now it won’t even be 500 this year. Need to fix the problem with all stores. Or CLOSE them.
I got fish and shrimp with a extra side of shrimp. I got ff and broccoli as my two sided. They were stone cold!! As long as I had to wait in line, that shouldn't have

Today, the line was short, so I stopped by for a quick meal. 2pc fish and fries for $5.99 special. I subbed green beans for the side. 3 cars were ahead of me, but one left. It took longer than it should've for the car now 2 spots ahead of me to be done, but it wasn't a bad wait. Captain D's has great green beans for a fast food spot. Fish was good. Young man at the window was nice and pleasant.

Couldn't dine in..... drive thru took forever...... situation the same at all the locations I have been to..... what is going on???? Used to be a good place to dine out, now that option is no longer!!!!!??

Terrible service. The food is decent but over priced. Every time I visit this store, there's at least a 30 minute wait for just the one fish dinner which I always order. Yesterday, they had me wait for an hour. Supposedly they made the fish dinner and gave it to someone else or neglected to put the order in. When I inquired about it they were confused and had to cook it at that point after I had been standing there waiting for an hour. This is unacceptable service. I thought this was considered a fast food place. I have waited less time for food at a regular sit-down restaurant with better service.

Google and door sign indicates they open at 10:30. Drive thru has hand written sign posted open at 11. Update Google please so people don’t waste time. Also ordered over 40.00 in food and got ZERO condiments and didn’t discover it until I got all the way home.
