Shannon the manager is rude as hell!! Shannon has had this “she doesn’t want to be here attitude “ since I’ve started seeing her working here! Over a year! Shannon was just rude to me like 5 minutes ago. Shannon took the white lady that was behind me order before mine, when I told Shannon I was next, she simply said OK!! And continued serving the woman. Waited over 15 minutes in drive thru. Food was horrible. Fish tasted freezer burned and like it was cooked in old grease. It was so hot when it was put in styrofoam container that it melted the styrofoam to the fish. Hushpuppies tasted freezer burned, also, and the green beans had no flavor at all. I could have had a steak dinner from Outback for the cost of that 4 piece fish dinner with tea… and would have waited about the same amount of time.

Ordered deluxe seafood platter & order of jalapeno poppers. Didn't get my poppers & devil crab was cooked so long it was black & crunchy. Fries were like potato sticks. Very disappointed in the quality for the price you pay.
