Customer service is horrible. My family and I eat here a lot. I keep giving them chances, but I’m done. I understand that there are limited options on base, so maybe they feel they can treat you however they want. One woman in particular, I didn’t catch her name. She’s the older, heavy-set lady, and she is rude no matter how many pleases and thank yous I give her. Tonight (9/16/24 at 1600) was my final attempt to give this business my money. Never again.

Despite signs being posted that ALL small chicken sandwiches with fries is $7.99, if you don’t specifically mention it, they will charge you full price. Shonetta was extremely rude when I brought the discrepancy to her attention. Having been a manager in the food service industry, it’s always been ingrained in me to make the customer happy by giving them the best deal possible without them having to ask. Apparently Charley’s doesn’t feel the same. Add in so-so food, I doubt I’ll ever come back. Very disappointing visit.

Not the place to come for lunch if you don't have much time. Took over 20 minutes just to get my sandwich.

My order was good but the customer service was TERRIBLE. I've only been here twice and surprisingly SHONETTA has been horrible each time. I totally understand the issues of working in the fast food industry but SHONETTA's attitude is awful. I hope that she finds a job that she likes because it definitely isn't this one.

I elected to try the chicken Philly with Kentucky Bourbon and it was definitely delicious. I didn't want all that extra ( lettuce, tomatoes, mayo). The portion was just right for me. The staff was patient with my extraordinary order. The service was fast, the food was great and I would highly recommend trying this out. This was my first visit but not my last.
